Lórien Print Terms & Conditions

Prices 
These are subject to change without notice, but any price increase will not affect orders that have been confirmed by payment of a deposit. They do not include delivery costs - see Postage below - and an additional fee will be charged for any research done into providing specific material and/or style requests. 

Payments
We are currently only able to accept cheques or cash. Please make cheques payable to ‘Lórien Business Services’.

Deposits & Other Monies Due
  • For all Business Services & Stationery - payment is due on receipt of invoice  
  • For all Wedding Stationery - a non refundable £25 is due if required to draft artwork before customer signs agreement, then the rest of the non refundable 50% deposit when placing the actual stationery order. The balance will be invoiced at the time of the final delivery and should be settled immediately. Where any additional items have been subsequently ordered these will be due in full as & when they are completed. Please note that whilst the initial consultation & draft design motif are free, any further work done on producing a satisfactory draft will incur fees, and hence you will still be invoiced for a minimum £50 should you decide not to go ahead with the order.     
Delivery & Damages
You completed order will be available a) for collection or b) delivered by hand or c) sent by post, at the discretion of Lórien Business Services. Where postage is unavoidable we can accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit, and any damages must be reported within 5 days. 

Postage 
Where your order has to be sent by post within the UK, an additional fee will be added to the final invoice to cover postage & packaging.

Returns
These are only accepted with prior approval. Refunds & exchanges will only be considered where merchandise is found to be faulty or the agreed specifications of the order have not been adhered to. 
 
Appearance 
Due the constraints of the internet and printing, colours may vary from those requested.

Photographs
These need to be supplied by the customer, and can be on storage media – returnable after downloading – or via e-mail, or prints. Please note that the quality when printed will be dependant on the quality of the original photograph, and due to constraints of printing, colours in photographs may vary from those requested.

Designs
Will be based on agreed specifications but we reserve the right not to produce any stationery which we feel does not meet our high standards, or would be, or potentially could be, in breach of copyright.   Hence Lorien cannot reproduce preset designs that are on sale via other wedding stationery suppliers.

Ownership 
All goods remain the property of Lórien Business Services until payment is made in full. All original designs are copyright Lórien Business Services.
